NetSuite Senior Manufacturing Consultant

About the Job

We are seeking a NetSuite Senior Manufacturing Consultant to join our team of U.S.-based experts in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing operations using NetSuite. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a deep understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), WIP (Work In Progress) and Routing, Supply Allocation, Inbound Shipping, and other core manufacturing processes. This role involves consulting, system design, and implementation to help clients achieve seamless and efficient operations.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite manufacturing modules, particularly in MRP, WIP and Routing, Supply Allocation, and Inbound Shipping.
  • Lead the configuration and implementation of NetSuite solutions tailored to manufacturing clients’ unique needs.
  • Analyze and map clients’ business processes to NetSuite capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Design workflows, custom scripts, and reports to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices for inventory management, production planning, and supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to NetSuite manufacturing modules.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite, with a strong focus on manufacturing modules.
  • Proven expertise in MRP, WIP and Routing, Supply Allocation, Inbound Shipping, and related manufacturing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, including production scheduling, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.

About the Job

We are seeking a NetSuite Senior Accounting & Finance Consultant to join our team of U.S.-based experts in helping clients optimize, enhance, and scale their financial operations within NetSuite.

The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and finance knowledge with deep functional NetSuite experience. This individual should be comfortable understanding a client’s accounting processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and translating those requirements into practical NetSuite solutions.This role involves client consulting, solution design, configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and training across NetSuite’s core and advanced financial functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, optimization, and implementation of NetSuite accounting and financial solutions based on clients’ business requirements.
  • Analyze and map accounting and finance processes to NetSuite functionality, identifying gaps and recommending scalable solutions.
  • Advise clients on NetSuite financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, fixed assets, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, consolidations, and financial reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, period management, and financial reporting.
  • Configure and support NetSuite OneWorld, including subsidiaries, currencies, intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated reporting.
  • Familiar with SuiteSuccess methodology to recommend leading practices
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers when requirements involve integrations, scripts, or more complex customizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to NetSuite accounting and financial modules.
  • Lead client meetings, document requirements and solutions, and communicate recommendations clearly to both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing guidance and support to client users.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of NetSuite experience, with a strong focus on accounting and financial functionality.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Including Multi-Book Accounting and intercompany accounting.

  • Strong experience with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and SuiteFlow.

  • Experience with multi-project management and client-facing skills, including the ability to explain both accounting concepts and NetSuite functionality to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • CPA, CMA, or NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
